Brussels Sprouts are one of those foods you hated as a kid. Truth is, you were seriously missing out because these little guys can pack amazing nutrients and flavor! These Maple Sriracha Brussels bring a heat and sweet savory goodness to your taste buds. I always like to balance out my seasonings - a little sweet and a little spicy.

I especially love this recipe because I get to play with my spice blends from The Spice Diva. This female-owned spice boutique in Charlottesville has an extensive collection of the basics and offers a few housemade blends. I toss in their Sriracha Chili Blend to take this dish up a notch.
Maple Sriracha Brussels Sprouts
Directions
1. Chop Brussel Sprouts in half and place on a baking sheet treated with olive oil. (I find it is also best to line the pan with foil.)
3. Brush Brussels with maple syrup and spice blend (or sriracha sauce).
4. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper.
5. Bake on 400 for 30 minutes.
